The Role

You’ll deliver and assess training for the Certificate III in Painting and Decorating (CPC30620), ensuring students gain hands-on experience and professional knowledge to thrive in the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver and assess painting and decorating units.

Conduct practical training in simulated and real-world environments.

Mentor students and support their learning progress.

Maintain compliance with ASQA, WHS, and NVC standards.

What You Need

Certificate III in Painting and Decorating (or higher qualification).

TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or equivalent).

Strong industry experience.

Excellent communication and mentoring skills.
