With the launch of our brand-new Brisbane campus, we are seeking an experienced and passionate Bricklaying & Blocklaying Trainer to join our growing team.

The Role

As a Trainer, you will deliver and assess the Certificate III in Bricklaying & Blocklaying (CPC33020), ensuring students gain the practical skills, knowledge, and confidence to succeed in the construction industry. You will work with a motivated training team, contribute to developing quality resources, and support students throughout their learning journey.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver and assess Certificate III in Bricklaying & Blocklaying training.

Provide hands-on practical training in simulated and workplace environments.

Support, mentor, and guide students to achieve their learning outcomes.

Ensure compliance with ASQA, WHS, and NVC policies.

Engage with industry and employers to strengthen training and career pathways.

What You Need

Certificate III in Bricklaying/Blocklaying (or higher trade qualification).

Current TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or equivalent).

Strong industry experience in bricklaying/blocklaying.

Excellent communication and mentoring skills.

A passion for teaching and shaping the future workforce.
