Key Responsibilities:

Provide outstanding customer service through phone, email, and in-person interactions

Discuss product specifications and engineering requirements across a range of customer projects

Prepare quotes and process sales orders

Manage order dispatch, allocations, and logistics coordination

Maintain accurate customer information in our CRM system

Support internal teams to ensure timely and efficient customer outcomes

About You

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving

Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Basic computer skills and experience with CRM systems (training provided)
