An exciting opportunity has presented with a well established custom home builder based in the Mount Gravatt area. Our client delivers beautiful, high end custom homes and creates an enjoyable building experience. Our client has a professional and friendly work environment with the added bonus of 4pm finishes!!

The Position

Currently an opportunity exists for a Customer Service Administrator to join a highly experienced team with in an established custom new home builder.

Responsibilities will include:

Nurturing client files form Pre Site to handover

Create Contracts and Contracts Variations

Complete required documentation through selections process

Navigate client files through the Building Approval

Provide regular updates to client on the build progress

Collate required documentation for completion certificate

Skills and Experience

To be considered we are looking for someone with the following:

Experience with contracts and contract variations preferred

Experience in the construction industry preferred

A true interest for the residential building industry

Passion for Customer Service and providing a 5 star customer experience

Highly organised and able to work in a fast paced environment

Motivated, highly professional and a self-starter
