KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Working under the guidance of the Senior Registered surveyor, conduct a diverse range of surveys including topographic, infrastructure and cadastral surveys
• Autonomously undertake less complex surveys
• Ownership of equipment and vehicle maintenance, project planning and adherence to safety standards

CHALLENGES OF ROLE:

• This is a field-based role with regular travel and overnight stays
• Sufficient fitness to walk long distances over varying landscape types

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Tertiary qualification (TAFE or University) in Surveying and experience in the Surveying industry. We may also consider candidates that are working towards their qualification.
• Demonstrated experience in using modern survey instrumentation and application of surveying principles
• A valid NSW Drivers license and willingness to travel within NSW which will include overnight stays
