Position:
Due to growth, we have an exciting opportunity for an entry level Sales Development Representative professional to join our team. In this role, you'll play a key part in driving new business and contributing to our overall growth by delivering outstanding customer service and support to both new and existing clients.
You will be provided with on-the-job training, mentoring and work in a supportive team environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Making outbound calls to identify leads and qualify opportunities
Engage with warm inbound leads and confidently convert them into closed opportunities
Following up consistently to close deals and meet your targets
Drive a smooth end-to-end sales process—from first engagement through to successful client onboarding
Work autonomously to generate leads, schedule appointments, and build strong customer relationships
Logging activity and progress in ZOHO CRM
Reporting on sales pipeline activity
