$65,000 – $72,500 per year - negotiable

In this KEY valued role, you will assist personal injury partners and support key personnel. You will love the variety plus immense satisfaction assisting to obtain justice for seriously injured clients with respect to:

Workers Compensation/Work injury damages.

Motor Accident Claims

You will be actively involved in clients' cases. Specifically, you will be:

· Liaising with clients/other solicitors/insurers and doctors

· Undertaking legal research

· Reviewing clinical/medical notes

· Arranging appointments

· Drafting various legal/court documents

· Briefing counsel

· Filing/general administration

We are interested in hearing from you if you:

Are you an experienced personal injury secretary/paralegal?

Minimum 2+ years' experience as a legal secretary or paralegal, preferably in personal injury law

Experience with workers compensation and motor accident claims preferred

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Experience with legal practice management software (LEAP preferred)

Strong typing skills (minimum 60 WPM)

FULL-TIME / PART-TIME / HYBRID OR WORK FROM HOME CONSIDERED

Must have unrestricted right to work in Australia
