An exciting opportunity to work as a Legal Secretary in the Litigation department at a well established law firm. A minimum of 2 years legal secretary experience is essential.

The Role

As a Legal Secretary, you will be supporting a 2-3 Solicitors in the Litigation department (Personal Injuries, Dispute Litigation, Commercial Litigation, Employment Law and Insurance Litigation). Duties include

• Preparation of documents and correspondence,
• Dealing with clients, diary management, email management,
• Monthly billings,
• Preparation of briefs, some dictation and general administration duties.

Your experience

You will have a minimum 2 years Legal secretarial experience. You will have excellent client service skills, be professional and organised. Some Litigation Secretarial experience is also essential.

The Law Firm

Well established law firm of 35 staff. Salary negotiable, dependent upon experience ($70,000 - $80,000 package including Super).
