Aviation Cleaning Supervisor – Darwin Airport

We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Cleaning Supervisor to join our Aviation Team at Darwin Airport.

This is a hands-on leadership role, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering excellent service and supporting their team.

Your Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day cleaning operations
• Manage shift rosters (core and adhoc)
• Lead and support a team of cleaning staff
• Ensure compliance with quality systems and safety standards
• Make sure cleaning meets high standards and keep records
• Communicate with clients and team members to keep things running smoothly

What You’ll Need

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar supervisory role
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Confident communicator with the ability to lead and mentor a team
• Solid understanding of workplace safety practices
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team

Minimum Requirements

• Ability to pass Drug & Alcohol screening and Medical assessments
• Ability to obtain an ASIC clearance (criminal history check)
• Unrestricted Driver’s Licence and access to a reliable vehicle
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
