About the Role

We're expanding our team and seeking motivated, reliable and compassionate casual cleaners and maintenance workers to join us.
No two days are the same — you may be restoring a property, completing a deep clean, or assisting with a commercial project.

Your duties will include:

Performing detailed forensic, trauma, and biohazard cleans (training provided)

Deep cleaning of residential, aged care, and commercial spaces

Garden and outdoor property maintenance

Pressure washing, site sanitation, and waste removal

Completing job reports and following safety procedures

Working both independently and as part of a small, supportive team

Who We're Looking For

We're looking for people who bring integrity, professionalism, and compassion to every job.

You'll need:

Experience in cleaning, facilities, or maintenance (preferred)

Strong attention to detail and initiative

A valid driver's licence and reliable transport

Ability to complete Police, NDIS, and Working With Children checks

Police, NDIS, and Working With Children checks must be completed before commencing employment

Flexibility for varied shifts across Sydney metro

Australian work rights are essential for this position

Physical capability to perform heavy lifting as required in challenging environments

Ability to lift up to 25kg safely and efficiently in challenging work environments
