With continuous projects awarded Adamson Earthmovers are looking for an experienced Supervisor to lead Sewer, Water and Storm Water crews across Qld and the NT.

You will be expected to lead crews, ensuring they're productive, organised, and maintain high safety and quality standards.

This is a hands-on leadership role requiring strong planning, coordination and communication skills to manage daily operations and deliver results.

This role will be on a contact basis with full time options for the right person. 2/1 and 3/1 FIFO options available.

The right candidate will have:

Experience in Sewer, Water and Storm Water

White/red card

Current drivers license

Strong communication skills

Self motivated with a passion for the construction industry

Experience managing crews quality, testing, ITP sign off and safety.
