• Experience owning a product from inception to design and launch
• Experience in the Fintech or Financial Services industry

What you’ll be doing:
Based in our South Yarra office but collaborating with teams in Melbourne, Eastern Europe, and America, you will:

• Own the end-to-end lifecycle of the product, from ideation to launch and beyond
• Define and communicate the product vision and roadmap
• Lead product development efforts with engineering, design, and marketing teams
• Gather stakeholder feedback and work with operations, support and sales teams to understand pain points.

Given the global nature of the role, the working hours will be adjusted to factor in availability for:

• 2-3 meetings a week with teams in Ukraine for meetings between 5-8pm
• 1-2 meetings a week with teams in the US for meetings between 8am-10am
