What you’ll be doing

• Develop and execute a product strategy aligned with business goals and customer needs
• Create and maintain a product roadmap, prioritising features and enhancements through research and feedback
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, compliance, IT) to align on product goals and deliverables
• Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating requirements into actionable product specifications
• Oversee the selection, implementation, and optimisation of technology solutions supporting mortgage broking and property sales
• Analyse processes and implement improvements to streamline workflows and boost efficiency
• Use data analytics to monitor performance, provide insights, and prepare reports for senior management
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor offerings, and opportunities for innovation

Must Haves

• 2+ years Product Delivery/ Management experience
• Ability to manage stakeholders and translate business needs into practical solutions
• Excellent analytical skills and data-driven decision-making ability
• Desire to work in office

Nice to Haves

• Previous exposure to lending , or property technology
• Experience leading digital transformation projects
• Strong presentation and communication skills
