Full Job Description Harrison Barratt Group are currently representing a busy Residential and commercial builder in Sydney they seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Contract Administrator to join their hard-working team based in Sydney permanently.

This role reports to the Construction manager, with view of long-term promotion to Snr CA > Contracts manager, working closely together to achieve the business's strategic goals and objectives and contributing to the success of future projects.
As a key member of the team, you'll find yourself immersed in a supportive and collaborative work environment. Key responsibilities

• Negotiating with subcontractors
• Processing invoices & chasing payment
• Subcontract variations
• Tender review drawings
• Letting packages
• Putting together Scope of Works

Skills & Experience

• A relevant construction degree or trade background
• At least 3- 5 years’ experience working as a Contract Administrator
• 5 + years to be considered as Senior CA, pending projects experience and supervision of Cadet/ juniors
• Competent user of Jobpac, procore and all other Microsoft packages
• Good attitude, eagerness to learn and initiative
