Our ideal candidate would:

Have a Commercial Cookery Cert 3/4

Have exceptional cooking skills and proven cooking experience

Strong leadership skills in a large team

Be experienced in production, food preparation and stock rotation

Have experience in menu planning, costing and implementation

Can a roster that will include days, evenings, weekends & public holidays.

You will also need to be able to demonstrate your:

Ability to remain calm, patient and professional even when the pressure is on

Passion for food, presentation and quality standards

Sound knowledge of food safety standards and adhering to WHS requirements

Proven experience managing a team of chefs and kitchen staff
