A leading Sydney hospitality agency is looking for a highly skilled and creative Catering Head Chef to join our team.

About the Role:

This is a hands on leadership role overseeing the catering arm of this fast growing premium events agency. You will be responsible for designing seasonal menus, leading kitchen operations, and ensuring every dish reflects our signature balance of elegance, creativity, and quality. From intimate corporate gatherings to large scale private events, you will play a key role in bringing our clients' vision to life.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute bespoke menus for corporate, private, and large scale events.

Lead all aspects of kitchen operations.

Manage, mentor and train kitchen staff and casual team members.

Ensure food safety compliance, and HACCP standards are always upheld.

Work closely with event supervisors and operations teams to ensure seamless event delivery.

Maintain supplier relationships and cost management to ensure profitability.

Innovate and bring new ideas to the catering offering.

About you:

Previous experience as a Head Chef (catering or events preferred).

Strong leadership, organisational and time management skills.

Ability to create menus that are both visually stunning and delicious.

Experience managing budgets, stock control and food costs.

Calm under pressure, solution focused.
