BFT provides science-backed group strength and functional training led by expert coaches. The training sessions utilise heart rate technology and are supported by a vibrant community, aiming to help members become stronger, fitter, and achieve their goals.

As our BFT Epping community continues to grow, so does the need to elevate our coaching leadership and operational consistency. We're introducing a key role to ensure seamless communication, uphold elite coaching standards, and support both our members and coaching team across all sessions.

BFT Epping is on the lookout for energetic, driven, and highly motivated coaches to help lead and inspire our members on their fitness journeys. This is your chance to be part of an exciting new beginning with BFT Epping as we establish ourselves in the local community and create a positive impact from day one!

This role is for morning shifts, with a minimum of 26 - 28 hours per week (approximately 4 shifts).

The position will begin as a casual role, with the opportunity to transition into part-time or full-time employment for the right candidate.

Applicants must also be available to work during the Christmas and New Year period.
