About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team as a full-time Receptionist in our Osborne Park, Western Australia office. As the first point of contact, you will play a vital role in creating a positive impression and delivering exceptional customer service.

My client is a busy residential builder looking for a positive and friendly receptionist!

What you'll be doing

Warmly greeting and welcoming all visitors to our office

Answering incoming calls and directing enquiries to the appropriate team members

Managing the front reception

Providing administrative support,

Maintaining a tidy and professional reception area

Assisting with other ad-hoc tasks as required

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role, ideally within a professional services environment

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional demeanour

Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask effectively

Proficiency in using standard office software, such as Microsoft Office suite

A keen eye for detail and the ability to maintain high standards of presentation

A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn
