About the role:

Bennco Group are currently seeking suitably Qualified Estimators with proven experience and background to join our team in Tom Price, WA. This role is crucial in ensuring accurate cost estimations, pricing, and quotations for exciting new projects. You’ll be the main point of contact for prospective clients across the Inland region who are seeking to engage the services of Bennco Group to complete construction work. You will work with the Operations Manager and Project Coordinator on the execution of project specific contracts. You will conduct weekly scheduled meetings with Operations Manager to discuss general business, new tenders, use of subcontractors, tenders won and loss, general client feedback and general industry movements.

Highly Desirable Prerequisites

1-2 years’ experience in project estimation within construction, building, or engineering.

Someone with a willingness to learn and grow within the role

Tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Building, Engineering, or similar (preferred but not essential).

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and other relevant tools.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work both independently and within a team.

Solid organisational and problem-solving skills.
