Description

• Process end-to-end payroll for employees in a timely and accurate manner.
• Ensure compliance with Australian taxation and superannuation regulations.
• Maintain payroll records and address any discrepancies or queries.
• Prepare and submit payroll reports to management as required.
• Handle new employee onboarding, including tax file number declarations and superannuation setup.
• Collaborate with the accounting and finance team to reconcile payroll data.
• Stay updated on changes to payroll legislation and industry standards.
• Provide exceptional service to internal stakeholders regarding payroll-related inquiries.

Profile

About you:

• HR3 system experience is a MUST have for this role!
• Previous experience in payroll processing.
• Strong knowledge of Australian payroll legislation, including taxation and superannuation.
• Proficiency in payroll systems and Microsoft Excel.
• High attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve payroll discrepancies efficiently.
• A proactive approach to staying updated with legislative changes.
