PRONTO Payroll Specialists Needed - East Perth (Oil & Gas)

We're recruiting multiple Payroll Specialists for a 3-month project (with the chance to extend) with a leading Oil & Gas company based in East Perth.

To be considered, you must have proven Pronto payroll experience. Without it, unfortunately, we won't be able to progress your application.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-end payroll processing using Pronto
• Support payroll system enhancements and data management
• Perform reconciliations, pay code remediation and payroll calculations
• Generate reports and analyse data using advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP)
• Conduct leave audits and ensure compliance with legislation
• Collaborate with the wider team to deliver accurate and efficient payroll services

About You

• Extensive hands-on Pronto payroll experience (essential)
• Confident with advanced Excel functions (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP)
• Proven ability to manage payroll data with precision and compliance
• Strong attention to detail and able to meet strict deadlines
