About You
Experienced & Reliable: You’ve got 2–3 years of solid admin experience in a fast-paced environment. If you’ve worked in service, warranty, trades, IT support, appliance repair, or similar fields - even better!
Customer-Focused: You thrive on great communication, love helping people, and know how to turn a tricky call into a positive experience.
Organised & Proactive: Scheduling, ordering, follow-ups ~ you handle it all with confidence and accuracy.
Tech-Savvy: Strong computer skills and a knack for picking up new systems quickly.
Positive Energy: You’re confident, unflappable, and bring personality to your work ~ bubbly, capable, and with a great sense of humour.
Local Advantage: Living within 30 minutes of our Kardinya office will make your mornings a breeze.
What You’ll Be Doing
Answer and manage incoming service calls
Coordinate technician schedules and job bookings
Process orders and handle rectification or warranty requests
Communicate effectively with clients and technicians, explaining technical details clearly and confidently
Your ability to juggle tasks, build rapport, and keep things running smoothly will make you an invaluable part of our team.
