Nestled by the serene Copacabana Beach, Burnt Honey Bakery is a hub of artisanal excellence on the Central Coast of NSW. Our bakery is a testament to the art of traditional baking where every loaf and pastry tells a story.

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Barista / FOH superstar to join our team on a part time basis.

Position: Barista / FOH All Rounder

Shifts: Tuesday & Wednesday 6:30am-3:30pm, Sunday 6:30am-2:30pm.
Possibility for ad-hoc extra shifts and for role to develop into permanent additional hours.

Your Role: In this role, you will:

Craft high quality coffees and beverages focusing on consistency and excellence.

Work with quality beans from Little Italy Roasters

Uphold the highest standards of brewing and service, reflecting our commitment to quality and memorable customer interactions.

Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient workspace.

Collaborate with our team of dedicated FOH superstars, contributing to a positive and dynamic work environment.

About You:

Experience: At least 2 years coffee experience. Strong technical skills in all areas incl brewing, filter, latte art.

Passion for Coffee: A genuine passion for coffee with a desire to continuously learn and grow in the craft.

Commitment: To friendly, warm and memorable customer experiences.

Reliability: Commitment to punctuality and dependability, ensuring smooth FOH operations.

Team Player: Eagerness to be part of a team that values collaboration, skill, and dedication.

Availability: Ability to consistently work 3 shifts weekly (with availability for extra shifts on an ad-hoc basis).

Drivers Licence and own car/vehicle essential to travel to work (no public transport)
