What you'll do:

Craft consistently high-quality coffee with care and precision

Deliver friendly, efficient service and build genuine connections with customers

Work closely with the Cafe and Kitchen Managers to keep service smooth

Maintain a clean, organised workspace and uphold cafe standards

Bring good energy, initiative, and a team-focused attitude every day

About you:

Experienced behind the machine and confident under pressure

Minimum 1-2 years of barista experience required

Passionate about coffee, presentation, and great service

Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player

Positive attitude and great communication skills

Valid work visa required for employment in Australia
