Barrier Reef Group (WA) is committed to delivering world-class fibreglass swimming pools to families across Western Australia. We currently have an exciting full-time opportunity for a Junior Customer Liaison to join our growing team in Forrestdale.

We’re looking for a positive, enthusiastic team player with a genuine passion for customer service. This is a fantastic entry-level opportunity where you'll work closely with and learn from our two experienced Customer Liaison Officers, who will support your growth and development every step of the way.

From the initial consultation to the final installation, we pride ourselves on guiding our customers through every milestone of their pool journey — and we’re looking for someone who shares our commitment to excellence in customer care.

About the Role:

Location: Head Office – Forrestdale

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 4:30pm

Work as part of a dynamic, fast-paced team

Focus on delivering outstanding customer service

Key Responsibilities:

Proactively respond to customer enquiries via phone and email

Communicate with trades to confirm job and completion timelines

Update and maintain customer databases in line with job status

Collaborate with suppliers and contractors

Support customers throughout their pool installation journey

Assist in solving customer issues efficiently and professionally

Contribute positively to team goals and outcomes

What We’re Looking For:

Previous customer service experience

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong attention to detail

Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

A team-oriented attitude and a willingness to learn

Great planning and time management skills

Experience in the pool industry is a bonus, but not essential
