About you:

Have the ability to make our clients feel valued and heard.

Be great at building relationships and demonstrate a real customer service focus.

Possess a problem-solving mindset with a proactive and professional attitude.

Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with a high attention to detail.

In this fast paced full-time role you'll take responsibility for:

Serve as the main point of contact for clients throughout their project journey.

Collaborate with the sales, production and installation teams to ensure accurate timelines and deliverables.

Monitor project progress keeping clients informed at each stage.

Handle client complaints or concerns promptly and professionally.

Maintain in house project tracking systems.

Provide daily support to the Operations Manager.
