Our small warehouse is the heart of our operations – where customer orders are prepared with care and attention to detail. It's nothing fancy but you will learn a lot!

The Role

We are looking for a reliable, proactive Casual Warehouse & All-Round Assistant to join our team over the busy summer season. This role is hands-on in the warehouse but also varied – you’ll pitch in across different areas of the business when needed, from customer service support to social media snippets. It’s perfect for someone who enjoys variety, takes initiative, and thrives in a small, fast-paced environment.

You will be responsible for:

Picking and packing customer orders with accuracy and care.

Preparing parcels for dispatch, including labelling and scanning.

Organising stock in the warehouse (folding, replenishing shelves, counting inventory).

Assisting with receiving deliveries and stock checks.

Handling customer service inquiries (email, Shopify, socials) with professionalism and warmth. Training will be provided.

Being self-sufficient and dependable – someone we can trust to keep things running smoothly if we’re not onsite.

Appearing in fun behind-the-scenes content or helping with quick warehouse/social media videos.

Helping at photoshoots, behind the scenes work and content creation.

About You

We’re looking for someone who is:

Reliable, stable, and able to show initiative.

Must have their own car

Organised with strong attention to detail.

Fun and creative is a plus.

Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of tasks, there will be lots of occasions where we will not be in the warehouse so need someone who is able to direct themselves and use initiative.

Confident with customer service tasks (training will be given)

Comfortable working on their feet and lifting light to medium boxes

A positive team player with a “can-do” attitude.

Happy to join in behind-the-scenes content (casual, fun snippets) – social media/content skills are a big plus. Someone who is good on social media would be a massive plus

Previous warehouse, retail, or customer service experience is helpful but not essential – full training provided.

Hours & Availability

Casual role with shifts typically 3 hours per day. Could be good for a student who's free for a few hours a day, or a school parent who has a shorter day. But we do need this shift to be between 9 - 2.30pm as the postal run for orders is at 3pm.

Work will be scheduled depending on order volumes (more frequent around product launches and busy periods, especially Nov time, we will need someone most days).

Flexibility is important – some weeks may have more hours, others less. We (the owners) go away at the end of Oct and will need someone in everyday in this period to cover us, so would be looking for someone to start in the next week so that we can do a full training period before we go.
