Due to growth and expansion, we have an exciting opportunity for a Consultancy Manager to join our team based in Adelaide. This is a hands-on leadership role, in which you will be supporting a team of field-based consultants across SA, WA and TAS.
What you'll be doing:
- Provide operational support and improve service quality through QA, training & one-on-one coaching.
- Manage team reporting requirements, perform data analysis, and support strategic decision-making.
- Lead a team of professionals to achieve a high performance and positive team culture
- Be front facing supporting clients who required escalated technical support.
About you:
- Advanced Diploma or higher (essential)
- High Risk Experience (highly regarded)
- 4+ years in a leadership function (essential)
- Strategic thinker with the capacity to analyse and report on performance, trends and metrics
- Excellent communicator, capable of managing challenging situations with diplomacy and clarity
- Ability to adapt and learn new technology and online systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
- Vaid driver's license & ability to travel 1 week per month as required to support your staff interstate.
