About the role:
We are seeking an experienced Warehouse / Service Coordinator for our Adelaide branch. This role is an exciting opportunity to lead activities in the region, with the support of the Regional Manager.
Responsibilities:
Outcome delivery to our Customers – inclusive of workshop activities, field service provisions, facilities maintenance, repairs and rebuilds.
Manage Spare Parts and Warehousing requirements for the Region, including order fulfilment, parts interpretation, customer queries.
Coordination and scheduling of Service Technicians within the Region
Build, manage and maintain customer and client relationships. Provide exceptional customer service by delivering solutions, monitoring operational processes, and promoting safety to build a safe work environment.
Health and Safety interactions for your area, including reporting and incident investigations.
About you:
Full unrestricted ‘C’ Class Driver’s License – HR and forklift licences desirable
Experience in industrial mobile plant, mineral processing, or bulk materials handling equipment preferable
Be physically capable of performing manual tasks
Must be able to pass a pre-employment Medical and Drug and Alcohol screen
Proactive and self-motivated
Builds strong customer relationships and delivers customer-centric solutions.
