APG Workforce is recruiting for a Production Supervisor to join a well-established seafood processor based in Canning Vale.

Supplying both locally sourced and premium imported seafood, this company has built a reputation for quality, innovation, and a strong commitment to safety and food standards.

The Role:

• 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM (great day shift hours!) + some overtime and weekends when needed!
• Permanent, full-time role
• $85,000 - $90,000k + Super + OT

We are seeking a motivated leader who can drive day-to-day production outcomes while supporting and empowering their team to perform at their best. This role offers the chance to make a real impact in a fast-moving environment where quality and teamwork are key.

What you’ll be doing

• Overseeing daily production in the fish processing department, including retail-ready and MAP packaging.
• Leading, training, and supporting a diverse team while maintaining a positive workplace culture.
• Ensuring compliance with Food Safety, GMP, HACCP, and WHS requirements.
• Promoting continuous improvement in efficiency, safety, and workforce performance.
• Coordinating staffing and resources to meet production schedules and adapt to changing demands.
• Working collaboratively with fellow supervisors to achieve business goals.
• Lead and mentor a multicultural team
• Strong focus on safety, food quality & efficiency

What you’ll bring

• At least 3 years of leadership experience in food manufacturing or processing.
• Demonstrated ability to lead multicultural teams in a high-volume environment.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and workplace health & safety standards.
• Organised, proactive, and confident communicator with strong problem-solving skills.
