About the role

Join the team at Port City Engines' as an Online Engine Parts Listing specialist. In this full-time role based in Portland, VIC, you will be responsible for maintaining and expanding our online catalogue of high-quality engine parts and accessories. With a focus on providing an excellent customer experience, you will ensure our digital storefront is up-to-date, user-friendly and showcases our vast range of automotive products.

What you'll be doing

Accurately list new engine parts and accessories on our e-commerce platform

Update existing product listings with accurate descriptions, images and pricing

Monitor stock levels and flag low inventory items for replenishment

Respond to customer inquiries about product availability and specifications

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop engaging content and promotions

Analyse sales data to identify opportunities for product expansion or optimisation

Maintain a high level of organisation and attention to detail in our online catalogue

What we're looking for

Experience in e-commerce or online retail

Strong technical aptitude and familiarity with content management systems

Excellent customer service skills and the ability to clearly communicate product information
