As a long-established leader in garden equipment sales, parts, and servicing, we take pride in delivering exceptional service to every customer who walks through our doors. Now, we're looking for a dedicated mechanic or experienced trades assistant to join our growing team.

As part of our workshop team, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring that all equipment – from ride-on mowers to chainsaws – runs smoothly. You'll be servicing and repairing top-quality machines, uncrating and assembling new stock, and keeping the workshop running efficiently. Our customers rely on us to deliver top-notch service, and you'll be at the heart of that mission.

We're looking for someone who can work independently but also thrives in a team environment. A clean and organized workspace is important to us, so you'll also be responsible for helping maintain the workshop. The ability to take on additional tasks as needed will make you a key player in our team's success.

This is a full-time role, Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturdays. If you're someone who enjoys working with small engines and wants to be part of a dynamic, customer-focused team, we'd love to hear from you!

What we're looking for:

Experience with small engine repair and maintenance (minimum 2 years preferred, or recent trade qualification)

Mechanical trade qualification or relevant experience

Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot engine problems

Experience with ride-on mowers, chainsaws, and garden equipment

Mechanical Trade Certificate (preferred) or equivalent experience

Current and valid driver's licence

Eligible to work in Australia

Ability to use diagnostic tools and workshop equipment

Basic computer skills for parts ordering and job tracking

Physical ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various positions
