We’re searching for a high-performing, experienced, and proactive Operations & Logistics Lead to take charge of stock management, logistics, and order administration across our growing 3PL business.

This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives on structure, communication, and efficiency — and takes pride in keeping operations and systems running seamlessly. You’ll be trusted to own both the logistics and back-end order processes, ensuring every order is accurate, on time, and fully tracked.

What You’ll Do

Oversee day-to-day logistics across multiple warehouse sites

Manage inbound/outbound freight, container scheduling, and transport bookings

Prepare, process, and finalize orders accurately in internal systems

Maintain stock control, reporting, and visibility across all locations

Lead stock takes, rework scheduling, and consumable management

Build and maintain automated reports and streamline processes using Excel and WMS

Communicate clearly with clients, warehouse teams, and transport partners

Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, accuracy, and workflow.

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or 3PL

Strong computer skills — WMS, Excel, and order management systems

Advanced Excel (formulas, lookups, pivot tables, automation)

Excellent communication and multitasking skills

Attention to detail — accuracy is essential

Proactive, independent, and able to take initiative
