We are currently seeking a full-time Grader Operator to join our team and play a key role in the successful delivery of major civil projects, predominantly across the Moreton Bay region.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and motivated Grader Operator to work alongside a skilled team on large civil projects. You will be responsible for operating modern, well-maintained machinery to achieve production targets and ensure work is carried out to the highest standard of safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities

Safe and efficient operation of graders on subdivision and infrastructure projects.

Final trim and bulk earthworks grading.

GPS - Reading and working from plans to ensure accurate levels and specifications.

Routine inspection, care, and basic maintenance of plant and equipment.

Collaborating with site supervisors, project managers, and other operators to achieve project outcomes.

Maintaining a safe and productive work environment in line with company and site policies.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:

Proven experience as a Grader Operator in the civil construction industry.

Ability to complete final trim to specification and work with GPS systems.

Current driver’s license.

Construction Industry White Card.

Commitment to safe work practices.

A strong work ethic and the ability to work well within a team.
