Role Overview
This role will see you take charge of a Grader Crew, delivering safe, efficient, and high-quality work across civil construction and earthmoving projects. You will be hands-on in operations, ensuring your team meets project timelines while upholding VE Group’s strong safety and quality standards.
Qualifications & Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will ideally bring:
Proven experience operating and leading a Grader Crew
Strong knowledge of civil construction methods and safety requirements
Ability to supervise, mentor, and coordinate a small team on site
Current driver’s licence (MR or higher desirable)
Commitment to safety, teamwork, and quality outcomes
