One of the region's latest entrants into the hotel and accommodation market, this hotel boasts 180 rooms and suites, heated indoor pool, gymnasium, restaurant, bar, a function room and meeting rooms. With 90 employees, across Front of House, Food and Beverage, Finance, Commercial and Housekeeping, we seek a HR Manager who can support the Heads of Department with their people needs.

The Hotel has head office support (documentation/compliance) but you will:

• Be responsible for driving culture
• Assist Heads of Depts with recruitment and onboarding
• Play an advisory role for Heads of Departments for HR related issues, with sound knowledge of Fair Work and HIGA
• Steer the OHS Committee

Preference will be given to People and Culture Professionals who bring experience and exposure in global hotel chains to hit the ground running.
