About the Role
We are seeking a highly organised Project Coordinator - Completions to support the completion and submission phase of our fibre optic rollout projects. As the Completions Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring that all project deliverables are accurately collected, verified, and submitted to the client for final approval. This role is ideal for someone with a background in telecommunications or fibre optic projects who thrives on structure, collaboration, and seeing projects through to completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Track and manage the status of completion artefacts required for compliant project submissions.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders – including Project Engineers, Commercial, and Design teams – to gather all required documentation and artefacts.
- Compile and prepare complete submission packages for client review and approval.
- Upload artefacts to client systems and manage final submissions in line with project timelines.
- Act as the key point of contact for Project Completions on behalf of Ventia.
About You
- Previous experience working within fibre optic or telecommunications project delivery environments.
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Proficient in document management, reporting, and client submission processes.
- Effective communicator who can liaise confidently across technical and commercial teams.
- Self-motivated, reliable, and comfortable working in a hybrid, flexible environment.
