Elite Portables, located in Helidon Spa, Queensland, is looking for a motivated Admin, Sales & Marketing Assistant to join our team.
In this role, you'll handle a variety of administrative tasks to keep our office running smoothly. But that's not all—if you've ever been curious about social media marketing or Google Ads, this is your chance to dip your toes into the creative side.
We're happy to train you in these areas so you can grow your skills and help us manage our online presence.

Essential Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn new software
Experience Required:
Minimum 1-2 years in administrative or office support roles
Previous sales & marketing experience preferred but not essential
Customer service experience advantageous
Technical Requirements:
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook & Teams
Basic understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn)
Willingness to learn Google Ads and analytics tools with training provided
