We are an investment manager with a wholesale Australian Financial Services License (AFSL). We raise capital from investors to provide private debt solutions to business owners, property investors and property developers. We have been operating since 2017 with a solid track record and reputable brand.

Role Overview:

You will be responsible for the on-boarding of new investor relationships via direct channels (such as High Net Worth Individuals, Family Offices and Self Managed Super Funds) and referrer partners (such as Accountants, Financial Planners and Investment Platforms). Whilst working towards achieving capital raising targets you will also be responsible for ongoing investor reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

Introduce new investor accounts.

On-board and support new investors.

Periodic reporting to investors on portfolio metrics and target IRR’s.

Attending industry events and seminars (including participation and presentations).

Contribution to the strategic direction of the business and growth of funds under management.

Reporting directly to the company director.

Your Experience:

A proven track record of 3+ years in private finance capital raising.

Knowledge of financial markets, risk management, private credit and property finance.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build long-lasting, positive relationships with investors and referrer partners.

The capacity to build and uphold credibility with various investor types including high-net-worths, family offices and investment platforms.

Proficiency in systems such as Microsoft outlook, Microsoft excel, Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft word.
