• Manage the daily operations, ensuring high service standards and sales performance.
• Drive a culture of sustainability, diversity, and excellence in customer service.
• Support the team in product knowledge and customer engagement.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and deliver an exceptional shopping experience.
• Maintain store presentation and uphold brand standards.

🔹 Requirements:

• Previous retail management experience, preferably in fashion retail.

• Strong leadership and communication skills.
