Your Role:

The Attic Group has been Australia’s leading attic storage and conversion specialist for almost 50 years.

We are entering an exciting phase in our business as we look to drive growth throughout our market leading product and service portfolios.

As an Attic Sales Consultant, your attention to detail and commitment to delivering industry leading customer engagement programs will be supported by targeted retail marketing strategies that drive enquiry across all core product and service lines. Your role in the sales of our innovative attic conversion and building solutions, will drive a high-performance customer service and sales culture in delivering new spaces in our customers' homes.

You will effectively engage and communicate with customers during onsite appointments, as well as through phone, email, and with internal teams during sales meetings. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Manage business-generated leads and appointments allocated to you. Conduct site appraisals, and prepare quotes, including assessing roof space. This involves taking images and measurements within the roofing cavity to determine the appropriate product.
  • Guide customers through our range of products and building additions, providing in-depth information to facilitate closing the deal.
  • Provide clear and concise product information to simplify the building process.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support sales colleagues and customers.
  • Manage and develop a portfolio of quoted projects through consistent follow-ups.

About You:

We're seeking a highly motivated individual with excellent communication skills and a genuine interest in people and sales. You should have:

  • General Building and/or Trade Installation knowledge
  • Proven sales experience
  • Exceptional customer service skills and a solution focused attitude
  • Autonomous and able to work independently
  • Structured and detail-oriented, ensuring tasks are completed on time
  • A strong team player who can collaborate effectively with others
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office and CRM systems
  • Impeccable presentation and fluent in English, both spoken and written
