The Role As a Senior Property Manager, you’ll have full end-to-end portfolio responsibility, but without the usual stress. This agency has systems and support in place to make your role manageable and rewarding, including:

• Virtual Assistant handling lease renewals
• Field Agent covering routines, entries, and open homes
• Modern tools & tech to streamline reporting and improve efficiency

About You

• Current QLD Real Estate Registration Certificate
• 2+ years’ Property Management experience minimun
• Strong relationship and communication skills
• Knowledge of PropertyMe (preferred, not essential)
• Reliable vehicle + valid driver’s licence
• Detail-focused, proactive, and team-minded
