The Opportunity

• Work in a POD for a North of the River portfolio alongside an experience Assistant Property Manager with additional support from a shared admin assistant
• The structure is flexible – the portfolio can be task-based or shared duties, depending on your preference

Responsibilities

• Each Property Manager completes a small number of routines and finals to keep an eye on properties
• Home opens are shared across the full PM team and usually allocated based on the PM’s home location
• Manage a portfolio of around 150 properties, with plans to grow this to approximately 180 properties with a Junior property manager
• Oversee your POD and work as a team
• Opportunity to progress into a Team Leader/HOD position

Skills & Experience

• WA Property Management Registration
• Experience in managing a portfolio
• Driving licensee
• Strong attention to detail and administration
• Confident personality to take on challenges head-on
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Team player, down to earth personality and friendly approach
