Role & Duties

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with property owners, tenants & contractors
• Pod-style team structure
• Shared inspections
• Majority in office based role
• Ensure legislative requirements are met and portfolio remains compliant

About You

Ideal for an experienced Property Manager seeking to grow their career by working alongside the Head of Department. You thrive on organisation, take initiative, and bring a people-first approach that ensures both clients and team members feel supported.

• A current Property Management Registration (WA)
• Valid WA driver’s licence
• Strong organisational and time-management skills
• Ability to manage tasks effectively and efficiently
• Initiative, drive & passion for the industry
