About the Role:

We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Storeperson to join our 3PL team in Wetherill Park. This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:15pm, offering stability, a supportive team environment, and the opportunity to grow your career in logistics.

You’ll play an important role in ensuring the accurate and timely dispatch of orders while providing great service to our customers. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced, safety-focused environment and take pride in doing things right the first time, this could be the role for you.

Key Responsibilities

Receive, check, and process incoming shipments to ensure accuracy.

Organise and store products systematically within the warehouse.

Accurately pick, pack, and scan orders for dispatch.

Perform regular stocktakes and assist with inventory control.

Safely load and unload stock, both manually and using forklifts.

Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts) in line with safety standards.

Ensure products are labelled, stored correctly, and ready for dispatch.

Maintain a clean, safe, and organised warehouse environment.

Work collaboratively with the warehouse team to meet deadlines.

Comply with workplace safety policies, including COR requirements.

Support the Coordinator and Site Manager with day-to-day tasks.

About You

Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred.

Forklift licence (LF) highly desirable.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

Reliable, proactive, and a team player.

Ability to follow safety standards and work to deadlines.
