My Weight Loss Clinic

Salesforce Implementation Analyst (Greenfield Build) — My Digital Health
Help us stand up a brand‑new Salesforce instance and keep it humming across My Digital Health’s brands: My Weight Loss Clinic, My Telehealth Clinic, and Script2U. If you can turn messy processes into elegant Flows and speak both “clinician” and “CRM,” you’ll fit right in.
Why this role exists
We’re unifying sales, service, and clinical operations across telehealth and in‑clinic services. We need a hands‑on Salesforce pro to design, implement, and own a pragmatic, secure, and scalable platform from day one. No legacy hairballs. No mysterious black boxes. Clean build, clear outcomes.
What you’ll do
Discovery & design
Map patient and customer journeys (lead → triage → booking → consult → script/fulfilment → follow‑up) across our brands.
Translate requirements into a lean target architecture (Sales Cloud + Service Cloud; Health Cloud/Experience Cloud optional if justified).
Define data model, security model (FLS, profiles, permission sets, sharing), and environment strategy (sandboxes, release cadence).
Build & integrate
Configure core objects, custom objects, Lightning pages, record types, Flows (no more Process Builder), validation rules, and approvals.
Stand up Reports & Dashboards that leaders actually use (pipeline, referral sources, SLA, conversion, ROI).
Integrate with our ecosystem: telehealth platform, scheduling, payments (incl. Medicare/private), e‑prescribing (Script2U), comms (e.g., Twilio), e‑signature, and marketing tools.
Own data migration (Data Loader, dedupe, data quality rules) and set hygiene guardrails for the long term.
Govern & improve
Establish a change/QA process (DevOps Center/SFDX + Git or Gearset) with version control and automated deployments.
Run UAT, training, and go‑live; create bite‑size SOPs and enablement.
Serve as Product Owner/Admin post‑go‑live: backlog grooming, release notes, stakeholder prioritisation, and level‑2 support.
Keep us on the right side of privacy & security (APPs/OAIC; PHI handling), with sensible auditability.
What you’ve done
3–5+ years in Salesforce admin/BA/consulting roles, including at least one end‑to‑end greenfield implementation.
Proven configuration chops with Sales Cloud / Service Cloud, Flows, Lightning App Builder, Reports/Dashboards, and security.
Comfortable with APIs/integrations (REST/SOAP, middleware, or iPaaS) and basic SOQL; can brief devs on Apex needs when custom code is warranted.
Data migration experience (mapping, cleansing, dedupe, testing).
You manage trade‑offs like a pro: build the 80/20 that actually ships.
Certs we like (nice, not mandatory): Salesforce Administrator, Platform App Builder, Business Analyst, Service Cloud, (Health Cloud a bonus).
Domain brownie points: healthcare/telehealth, clinical workflows, Medicare/private billing, Australian Privacy Principles (APPs), ISO 27001 awareness.
What success looks like
90 days
Discovery complete, target architecture agreed, phase‑1 backlog prioritised.
Core objects, security model, and first Flows live in a sandbox; smoke‑tested reports in place.
180 days
Phase‑1 in production (lead → booking → consult → fulfilment), baseline dashboards live, first integrations running.
Measurable wins: faster intake, clearer pipeline, fewer manual handoffs, cleaner data.
12 months
Stable release cadence, strong user adoption, SLAs tracked, and a tidy backlog with ROI‑driven enhancements.
The toolkit
Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, (Health/Experience Cloud if justified), Flows, Lightning, Data Loader, DevOps Center/SFDX + Git (or Gearset), API integrations, Twilio/telephony, DocuSign (or similar), marketing automation of your choice.
The offer
Impact with leverage: Your architecture becomes the operational backbone across three growing brands.
Flexibility: Remote/hybrid within Australia; occasional clinic/site visits as needed.
Practical perks: Competitive salary + super, equipment, PD budget for certifications, and real autonomy (with support, not red tape).
Work rights & checks
Australian/NZ work rights required. Background and reference checks may apply given our handling of health data.
How to apply
Send your CV and a short note (5–7 bullets) outlining a recent Salesforce build you owned—the problem, your approach, the outcome, and what you’d do differently next time—to [email protected] with subject: “Salesforce Implementation Analyst – Your Name.”
