We’re seeking a Business Process Analyst to play a key role in enhancing operational efficiency across our childcare services. In this role, you’ll use data to identify opportunities for improvement, then translate those insights into clear and compliant standard operating procedures (SOPs) that frontline teams can confidently adopt. By working closely with service leaders and support teams, you’ll help streamline workflows, strengthen compliance, and improve service delivery across our network.
What you’ll do:
- Analyse operational data (rostering, ratios, attendance) to identify inefficiencies
- Design and document SOPs that drive consistency and compliance
- Partner with service leaders and support teams to co-design practical solutions
- Support the rollout of new processes through training and change management
- Ensure all processes align with sector governance, safeguarding, and regulatory standards
- Collaborate with the Senior Business Analyst to integrate process improvements with CEEC’s broader data strategy
What you’ll bring:
- 3–5 years’ experience in business analysis, process improvement, or childcare operations
- Strong data skills with tools such as Excel to clean, interpret, and apply insights
- Proven ability to design and implement SOPs and process maps
- Solid understanding of childcare governance, compliance, and sector regulations
- Excellent documentation and communication skills, with a knack for simplifying complexity
- Collaborative, stakeholder-focused approach with change management experience
- Highly organised, proactive, and committed to continuous improvement
