About the opportunity
The Senior OD Consultant manages people, culture, and organisational effectiveness projects that drive measurable performance improvements. Partnering with HR and stakeholders, the role designs and delivers solutions in talent, capability, performance and engagement, while navigating complex challenges across diverse networks.
Your key responsibilities will be:
- development of organisational frameworks, tools, and processes relating to talent, capability, performance and engagement
- undertake organisational diagnosis to build fit for purpose strategies for clients
- designing and implementing effective, results-driven learning and development solutions
- stewardship of performance management & development systems and processes
About you
- the flexibility to attend campus regularly on non-anchored days, to facilitate development activities and collaborate with colleagues and clients in face to face meetings
- experience in organisational development roles, including projects requiring stakeholder engagement, communication, facilitation and learning & development activities
- knowledge of how organisations work, including experience and application of conceptual competencies such as system thinking, diagnostic skills and organisational behaviour in development interventions
- demonstrated experience in developing and maintaining senior stakeholder relationships in delivery of strategic goals, including partnering and consultancy experience in large, complex, or matrix organisations. Experience in Higher Education highly regarded
- Capability in managing HR information systems, preferably Workday
