Role Opportunity
Take the lead in establishing a new electrical design capability in this company's Brisbane office. This is a unique opportunity to build, mentor and grow a self-sufficient local team delivering LV/HV electrical design work across major mining and infrastructure projects. Work closely with multidiscipline teams and influence the trajectory of project delivery and team culture.

Essential Qualifications & Skills

• Degree-qualified Electrical Engineer
• Proficiency in LV/HV systems and protection
• Strong technical documentation and calculation skills
• Site exposure in minerals/bulk materials projects

Duties & Responsibilities

• Deliver detailed electrical design packages
• Support tender and feasibility deliverables
• Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams
• Engage with clients and provide site input
• Mentor junior staff and grow Brisbane team
