About the role: The Senior Test Analyst is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of SAP Payroll systems through testing and analysis. The role involves creating test scenarios, conducting testing activities, identifying and documenting issues, and collaborating with developers and business stakeholders to resolve them. They need to have a strong understanding of SAP Payroll processes and functionality, as well as expertise in testing methodologies and tools.

Required skills and competencies :

• Demonstrate SAP HR/Payroll testing expertise.
• Proven ability to work with the Hr and Payroll teams to perform System Integration Testing with limited guidance.
• Demonstrated SAP project experience with proven track record of delivering complex transformation initiatives on time, within budget, and meeting defined success criteria
• Experience in at least one full-cycle SAP implementation or major upgrade with measurable contributions to project outcomes
• In-depth experience with SAP technologies (e.g., ECC, S/4Hana, SuccessFactors Employee Central) and ICT infrastructure in large, complex environments.
• Strong background in testing methodologies and tools (e.g., CALM), with a comprehensive understanding of the software development lifecycle and the critical role of testing in project success.
• Proven ability in scope management, risk mitigation, and stakeholder satisfaction delivery
